چکیده

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) are widely used as nano-agrochemicals. In this study we investigated the influence of soil heterogeneity on bacterial communities exposed to TiO2 NPs over time. Clay and sandy soils with low- high-organic matter contents were environmentally relevant concentration (1 mg/kg) sampled after short-term (15 days) long-term exposure (60 days). After exposure, significant effects regarding enzyme activity, community structure composition, functioning observed in clay high organic (clay-HOM) but not other groups. Response alterations taxa belonging Acidobacteria Verrucomicrobia, functional pathways related carbohydrates degradation. These results indicated that play more important roles shaping low fraction less matter, while selection was main driver inducing compositional impacts presence content. As time increased, recovered a 60 days, suggesting evolution adaptation could overcome exposure. Our highlighted importance including duration assessing impact nanoparticle function. By comprehensively evaluating risks ecosystem explicitly include spatial temporal variations, benefit nano-agrochemical products has potential be promoted future applications.

a comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection

supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...

[Titanium dioxide nanoparticles: occupational exposure limits].

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is produced in Poland as a high production volume chemical (HPVC). It is used mainly as a pigment for paints and coatings, plastics, paper, and also as additives to food and pharmaceuticals. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles are increasingly applied in cosmetics, textiles and plastics as the ultraviolet light blocker. This contributes to a growing occupational exposure to T...

Heterogeneous Vascular Bed Responses to Pulmonary Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticle Exposure

A growing body of research links engineered nanomaterial (ENM) exposure to adverse cardiovascular endpoints. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of ENM exposure on vascular reactivity in discrete segments so that we may determine the most sensitive levels of the vasculature where these negative cardiovascular effects are manifest. We hypothesized that acute nano-TiO2 exposure d...

Blood biochemical changes in common carp (Cyprinus carpio) upon co-exposure to titanium dioxide nanoparticles and paraquat

Research on eliminating organic pollutants in water by using heterogeneous photocatalysts such as nano-TiO2 abound. However, the question is whether metabolites, resulting from optical dispersion of environmental pollutants, are still toxic to aquatic organisms. Therefore, this study was designed to evaluate the effect of a co-exposure to paraquat and TiO2-NPs on blood biochemical indices of co...
